The service
Evengrow is a garden operations service run by Marco De Leonardis, United States. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- One person per account. You may share a garden with others through their own accounts.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You own everything you put into Evengrow: your garden records, notes, photos and transcripts. You grant us a licence to store and process that content only as far as needed to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
AI features
Suggestions, parsed notes, forecasts and chat answers are advice generated by an AI model. Verify before you act on them. No diagnosis the service offers is a substitute for a professional, and you remain responsible for decisions about your garden.
Subscriptions, renewals, refunds
Paid plans auto-renew at the displayed price until cancelled. Cancel any time from Preferences > Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. If you are in the EU or UK you have a 14-day withdrawal right; by using a paid feature during those 14 days you ask us to start the service immediately and the right lapses for the used portion. Refunds otherwise follow Polar's refund policy. We give 30 days' email notice before any price change to an existing subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, to scrape or resell it, or to access another person's data without their consent. API keys are for your own gardens.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Preferences. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where the situation allows it. Paid access ends with the period already paid for.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
